John Rampton is an Entrepreneur, Connector and Online Influencer who runs multiple businesses, and is currently ranked no. 2 on Entrepreneur’s list of the Top 50 Online Influencers in the World.

Recently, he sat down with Ignite’s John Lincoln to tell his story.

As a serial entrepreneur, John as his hands in all kinds of businesses, from a calendar app startup to a healthy food company.

In the interview, he gives his tips for managing and growing multiple businesses at once, and why knowing your own limits and having the right team in place is key to success.

But it isn’t all business.

Part of what makes John Rampton’s rise to success so interesting is how he got there in the first place. Far from your typical entrepreneur story, John was put on the path after a traumatic injury lead him from sales to online marketing.

Furthermore, it drove him to realize his true passion: helping people.

Beyond the obvious benefits of helping others, John also reveals how helping people can, eventually, lead to a multi-million relationship.
