Earning and keeping the trust of our clients is critical for us, from the initial contact through the entire sales and implementation processes. We strive for 100% client satisfaction, and we achieve this by creating and fostering mutually beneficial, long-term relationships from your first contact with us.

To me, honesty and integrity is paramount to earning and keeping trust. I absolutely believe that the value of a marketing agency hinges upon making good on promises made during the sales process. Thus, from the outset, we establish realistic expectations for all our clients. We never take on business unless our detailed research, analysis and projections reveal a clear opportunity for success in the form of measurable results.

In practice, this means that we often turn away deals that were a “sure thing” from a sales perspective because we couldn’t give the assurances about campaign success that we consider critical to building a real long-term client relationship. In short, we only take on a new client when we see clear avenues for financial success and we absolutely believe we can achieve results.

We always carefully structure and target campaigns based on the unique combination of industry, business offerings and individual corporate goals that characterize each client’s business. Our commitment to your business will be palpable throughout the relationship. No relationship should be stagnant; we invest our time and effort in cultivating client relationships to keep them healthy and useful. Responsiveness

Responsiveness is so much more than getting back to people in a timely way. At Ignite, we see it as an expression of our ability to communicate well, recognize and respond to problems, and find and implement solutions. In short, it is a snapshot of our expertise and philosophy.

We communicate thoroughly, clearly and quickly with clients because our goal is to keep every client 100% informed. This means our communication must be high-quality, accessible, personalized and rapid.

Our team of talented, motivated and experienced staff is always responsive in a timely manner. We demonstrate our expertise in every client communication. Therefore, we see each client interaction as an opportunity: we can provide you with the information and action you need while further building trust and proving our worth.

Each team member, including the executive team, is held to the same high standards for communication. Every client has access to every Ignite staff member, including the executive team. Our current employee to client ratio is 2.4 to 1; this low number means you have unlimited access to a dedicated team of specialist all with the available time to be completely responsive to your account. Each account has a minimum of three Ignite employees assigned to it and often as many as six or seven.

We want to reward our clients for coming to us with questions and concerns, no matter what time it is or what the particular issue is. We are always available to our clients. Of course we communicate with clients during standing weekly calls, but we also respond to client inquiries immediately—or as soon as realistically possible.

At the end of the day, without results, the other two Rs are not as impressive. As marketing professionals, growing the businesses of our clients is our primary objective. This means we don’t shy away from the hard data: we seek it out. Each client relationship is carefully investigated before it begins; this means that our client relationship and campaign will be based on detailed research and honest communication. This way, we are able to establish realistic goals and benchmarks based on your business and its context; we are singularly focused on producing measurable results for each client in the form of profits and predetermined KPIs. We are not afraid to hold ourselves accountable to these predetermined KPIs. Each relationship includes a month-to-month opt-out clause to ensure accountability.
