Never fight with a customer online

You can easily push a customer to a third party site or take up the communication via email. Never fight online, it will just get worse.

Know your analytics

Social media marketing is a game of numbers and strategy. If you are not taking the time to review your analytics and adjust, you are doomed to fail.

Only publish 100% quality content

If you are pushing out junk, people are going to unsubscribe and you will not get any business. Take the time to create content that will generate a buzz, otherwise, don’t post at all.

Advertise for full exposure

Some companies spend tens of thousands of dollars on social media community growth each month. This really pays off, because the community becomes a revenue stream. But those who don’t advertise, grow their communities way too slow.

Befriend influencers

If you make friend with influencers, you can work together to achieve more. Help them and they will help you.

Give to others and you will receive more

Social media cannot be a one-way conversation, you really need to interact. That is why you need someone working on this for you, otherwise you results will suffer.

Social media is always changing
