Shierleen is a seasoned professional specializing in human resources and operations since 2004. Her experience spans from start-up to mid-size corporate level companies focused on technology and digital advertising industries. Shierleen partners with companies and their executives to support and coach them in managing through the ever-changing environments of human relations, culture building, scaling and building human capital, talent acquisition and innovative operations.

Graduating with a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Cal State San Marcos, Shierleen started her career early in talent acquisition. Her trajectory was a natural progression into human relations and operations. She is a fluent HR & Operations leader with expertise in strategic counseling, building infrastructure and developing high-performing HR & Operation programs that accomplish long-term business goals and objectives. Shierleen is creative, passionate, and hungry to make a difference.

Outside of work, Shierleen enjoys spending time with family, adding new stamps to her passport, and dancing the day away at outdoor festivals.
