Your link profile is so critical to your SEO performance. I have worked with sites that have high quality links and all you need to do is create a page and it jumps to the top of the rankings. I have also worked with sites that have terrible link profiles. You make a page or try to optimize one and Google wont even let it in the index. Over time, I have come to look at link profiles in 6 buckets. I wanted to share this information with staff and IV University readers. I think it is really valuable information and does a good job summing up link profiles and SEO.

Keep in mind, I could have gone nuts on this infographic, adding tons of stats and indepth information, but I decided to keep this one simple. I hope you enjoy and helps you categorize the next link profile you are looking at.
